Our restaurant offers a varied, and where possible, locally sourced menu. All food is freshly prepared in our own kitchens by our team of chefs under the expert eye of our head chef Nicholas Parker.
At The Kings Head you will still find traditional classic dishes, the ever popular Kings Head Burger, fish and chips and classic salads. Of course, we also serve Mussels and Cromer crab (when in season) and traditional Sunday lunches at the same great price each week of two courses for £13.95 or three courses for £17.95
Choice is Nicholas's watchword. Want your food prepared plain? Following a low salt regime? Cutting down on fat or trying to lose weight? Need a vegetarian Sunday roast? We can cater for most tastes and dietary requirements; phone ahead for something really special.
The Kings Head invites your taste buds on an exciting and innovative journey. In Winter, try our weekly changing casseroles for two, and in Summer how about our catch of the day cooked the way you want it. A mention too for our tender fillet steaks matured to perfection and served with a choice of delicious sauces at no extra cost.
And take a look at our children's menu; very small people are treated to a variety of taste and good nutrition. Half portions of Sunday lunch, and small portions of our classics, as well as children's favourites such as Spaghetti bolognaise and macaroni cheese, and maybe, just to spoil the young a little, a treat of knickerbocker-glory to finish?
Our dining room is spacious, comfortable and up-to-date, light and airy for lunch, warm and intimate for dinner.
Incidentally - we have no hidden extras. Chilled still and sparkling filtered water is complimentary as is a selection of bread. We do not add service charges to your bill, but leave our guests to reward our staff as they see fit.
